Brimming with grains and flavour

Grain has been the basis of bread for thousands of years. With Waldkorn® Trispelti, we combine three generations of the same Ancient Grains in one craft bread: einkorn, emmer and spelt. Einkorn is the primeval grain with which the first bread was baked. Later on, the tasty emmer was used. Further hybridisation with wild grasses eventually produced spelt, the grain that has now become extremely popular again. So this special craft blend contains 10,000 years of spelt in one unique Waldkorn® bread.
