Einkorn has a fine, nutty aroma while emmer tastes slightly spicy. A blend of different aromas of nut, malt and grain, finished with a hint of honey. Combines deliciously with a fresh salad or light herb cheese.

Brimming with grains and flavour

Waldkorn® Ancient Grains is a dark multigrain bread with the real ancient grains, einkorn and emmer, seasoned with spelt, millet, linseed and sunflower seeds. The history of the Ancient Grains dates back thousands of years. Einkorn and emmer (around 10,000 and 5,000 years old respectively) are known as the grandfather and father of spelt and wheat.
