Ingredients (1 person)

1 small loaf of Waldkorn® (400 g)
1 Liebig DéliSoup’ green vegetables velouté
2 tbsp of olive oil
20 g courgette
20 g leek
  fresh chervil

Waldkorn® with Liebig DéliSoup'

Cut the top off a small Waldkorn® loaf. Use a sharp knife to remove the crumb from the loaf and cut into soldiers of about 1 cm wide. Fry the soldiers in olive oil until golden brown and crispy. Finely chop the courgette and leek. Bring the soup almost to the boil. Make sure to remove the soup from the heat just before boiling. Ladle the soup into the Waldkorn® bread bowl. Serve immediately. Garnish with the courgette and leek cubes and some sprigs of fresh chervil or serve the vegetables separately.
