Ingredients (1 person)

2 slices Waldkorn®
1 vine tomato
100 g brown shrimp
4 basil leaves
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 clove garlic
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  freshly ground four-colour peppercorn mix

Waldkorn® shrimp crostini

Peel the tomato, remove the seeds and dice. Mix in the shrimp and the chopped basil in a bowl. Add salt and some drops of hot pepper sauce. Allow the mixture to infuse for at least fifteen minutes. Toast two slices of Waldkorn®. Cut a garlic clove in half and immediately rub the slices of toast with the cut half. Drizzle over a little olive oil. Top the Waldkorn® slices with the tomato and shrimp mixture. Finish by grinding a generous amount of pepper over the top.
