Waldkorn® with smoked chicken and chorizo

Ingredients (1 person)

2 slices Waldkorn®
50 g smoked chicken
25 g chorizo
10 g pine nuts
10 g sundried tomatoes
1 chopped spring onion
10 g rocket

Roast the pine nuts. Sauté the smoked chicken and chorizo in a non-stick pan. Sprinkle with the pine nuts and allow to simmer for a while. Top the slice of Waldkorn® with the rocket and add the fried mixture on top. Sprinkle with the spring onion and garnish with sundried tomatoes.
